The company was set up by me, Mick Gotts, in 1999. When I set up the company the plan was offer IVR programming, Technical Support and Callers Live to Air on TV shows. The Live to Air side of things proved very sucsessful for a while but has slowed down a lot since all the bad press a couple of years back. These days I'm doing more Technical Support work, mainly PC's and some Asterisk VOIP programming. Before GTS I worked for Voice Media 1998 - 1999, before that Broadsystem 1993 - 1998, before that B.T 1986 - 1992
	There is a team of highly trained operators, with over 20 years experience between them.
	The Watford office/Studio can keep up to 8 callers on hold, all listening to the show, ready to go Live on Air.
